Scion LiveGuide allows Scion ambassadors (yes, that's what they call them) to create an interactive selling destination in their Scion showroom. It's a dynamic touch screen solution that attracts and engages customers and helps sell more Scions. It features a 46" commercial-grade touch screen monitor, a dedicated computer, and internet connection for regular remote content updates.
Integrated into the Scion showroom product information display, with a touch of a finger consumers and sales staff can access a complete array of information on Scion vehicles, accessories, promotions and events. Selecting a vehicle from the main menu screen opens up the following options for exploring that particular model:
In the Features & Benefits section, users can browse through a visual catalog of included interior, exterior, safety, convenience, and audio features of the selected model.
Configure, the meat of the program, visually shows customers how their customized Scion will look with selected colors and accessories displayed on a 3D model that is viewable from multiple angles on both the exterior and interior of the vehicle. As the user adds accessories, such as wheels and spoilers, they are added to the 3D model. A summary of the user's selections, including the cost of the vehicle, is displayed to the left of the 3D model and is updated as accessories are added and removed. A payment estimator lets users see what their estimated payment will be for both financed and leased options, and the email function lets users email a summary of their configured vehicle to their personal email address.
In the Comparison section, users can view comparisons between their selected Scion model and other Scion models, or key competitors in the same category as the selected vehicle. The competitor comparison, lets users choose from a variety of competitor vehicles by dragging their choices onto the comparison grid, where they can walk through comparisons in categories such as cost, features, performance, safety, and so on.
Aside from the specific information for each vehicle model, general sections also let users email digital brochures, view image galleries and advertising, explore the Scion brand, and view current discounts and promotions on Scion vehicles.
